I ordered a stone and inadvertently put the name Snow on it. I realized about 10 minutes later that I had put Pearl’s sister’s name on the stone. I sent an email saying I had not lost Snow, I had lost her sister Pearl. In the 10 minutes that had elapsed from ordering and realizing my mistake, the stone had been made and shipped. They were extremely understanding and sent me an email saying they would make another stone with the correct name on it and mail it to me. Great company.
